Exciting news!! Horse racing fans can now enjoy off-track betting at Ruth’s VLTs. This "little casino" hosts 20 VLTs and is the only place in Cold Lake to offer off-track horse-betting. Ruth’s VLTs is open from 10:00 am to 3:00 am every day for your gaming entertainment.
